I typically respond within 24–48 hours. It can take a week up to a month for order to be complete, so let me know as soon as you can! Can’t wait to create with you!

Store Policies

Thank you for supporting my small business! To ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone, please review the following policies before placing your order.

 

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering for all custom and personalized items.

  • I accept [Cash, Card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal].

  • Orders are not placed into the production queue until payment is received.

 

All Sales Are Final | No Refunds or Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, personalized, and often custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

  • Personalization is permanent. I cannot resell an item engraved with a specific name, date, or quote.

  • Please double-check all spelling, design choices, sizes, and personalization details before confirming your order. I am not responsible for errors in personalization that you approved.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is important to me. If your item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was described, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I will need photos of the damage and the packaging to assess the issue and work with you on a solution, which may include repair or replacement if possible.

 

Policy on Fraud & Disputes (Chargebacks)

Filing a fraudulent chargeback is theft.

  • By purchasing from Jordyn’s Sticky Business, you agree to resolve any order issues directly with me.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks filed with your bank or payment platform without first contacting me to resolve the issue will be legally contested. I keep detailed records of all transactions, communications, and proof of production and delivery.

  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be prohibited from future purchases.

 

Custom Order Process & Approval

  • A digital or verbal proof will be provided for custom orders. Your approval of this proof confirms the design details.

  • Once a proof is approved, the order moves into production. No changes can be made after approval.

 

Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Local Pickup: Orders will be held for 30 days after notification that they are ready. After 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned without refund.

  • Shipping: I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the mail carrier. Shipping insurance can be added at your request and expense.
